Welcome to Faithful to the Word. This website exists to honor Christ by providing biblically sound teaching, resources, and encouragement for the building up of His Church. In order to steward this ministry well and protect the integrity of its content, we ask that all visitors read and abide by the following Terms of Use. By accessing or using this site, you agree to the terms outlined below. These guidelines are intended to ensure that the materials provided are used respectfully, lawfully, and in a manner consistent with the gospel purpose of this ministry.

Ministry Purpose

This website exists to glorify God through the proclamation of the gospel, the teaching of sound doctrine, and the equipping of the Church. All content is provided for spiritual edification, biblical education, and personal discipleship. Nothing on this site is intended to replace the ministry of a local church, the counsel of a pastor, or the authority of Scripture itself

Faithful to the Word is a 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry operated by Dr. Joshua Nichols, committed to providing resources freely and faithfully to the body of Christ. The ministry of this site is built on the conviction that the Word of God is sufficient for all matters of life and godliness — and everything published here is intended to serve and strengthen that conviction in those who read it.

Use of Content

All sermons, articles, Sunday School lessons, downloadable teaching materials, blog posts, and other resources published on this site are the intellectual property of Faithful to the Word and Dr. Joshua Nichols, unless otherwise noted. We gladly make these materials available for personal study, church ministry, and gospel purposes — and we ask that they be used in the spirit in which they were created.

You are allowed to:

Download, print, or share materials for personal or non-commercial use
Use resources freely in Bible studies, Sunday School classes, or local church ministries
Quote or cite content with clear credit to Faithful to the Word and a link back to the original page
Share links to articles and resources on social media or in personal correspondence

You may not

Alter content in a way that misrepresents the author's original meaning or theological intent
Reproduce materials for commercial sale or publish them elsewhere without prior written permission
Use any content in a way that promotes false teaching, misleads others, or violates biblical ethics
Remove attribution or present Faithful to the Word content as your own original work

Unless otherwise indicated, all Scripture quotations on this site are taken from the New American Standard Bible® (NASB), 1995 Edition, copyright © 1960, 1971, 1977, 1995 by The Lockman Foundation. All rights reserved. Used in accordance with the publisher's guidelines for ministry use. Occasional quotations from other Bible translations may appear and will be identified as such. All quoted Scripture remains the property of its respective copyright holders and is used here for educational and ministry purposes consistent with applicable fair use provisions.

Note on Scripture Use

The Bible itself is in the public domain in many older translations. However, modern Bible translations are copyrighted works. If you reproduce extended Scripture quotations from this site in any publication, please verify compliance with the relevant Bible publisher's permission guidelines directly.

Users engaging with any interactive portion of this site, including the blog, contact form, comment sections, or social media channels associated with this ministry, are expected to conduct themselves with the Christlike character befitting members of the household of God. We welcome thoughtful questions, sincere disagreement, and genuine theological dialogue.

Standards of Engagement

The following types of content or conduct are not permitted on this platform and will result in removal and, where appropriate, restriction of further access: abusive, vulgar, or personally hostile language; spam or unsolicited promotional content; deliberate promotion of false doctrine or heresy; content that is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate; and any communication designed to harass, intimidate, or harm others.
We aim to model Ephesians 4:15, "speaking the truth in love", and ask that all who engage here do the same.
